Become a Protection Plus Servicer

To become a Protection Plus Servicer and activate your account, you must complete the Protection Plus Contractor Enrollment Form indicating your current service rates. You can complete the agreement online using the form below or you may download a copy of the Protection Plus Contractor Enrollment Formin english or in french, complete it and return it by mail.

**NOTE**
In addition to registering your company on-line you MUST fax or mail in a W-9 and a Certificate of Insurance. Until these are received your enrollment will not be complete.
