This tool is to assist you to locate coverage on a piece of equipment. It will return the agreement number, description, model number and expiration date. You will need a valid serial number(s) for the covered equipment. If the search does not return any information it may be due to: 1) incorrect serial number 2) voided policy 3) ordered within the last 30 days.
