With our Protection Plus Extended Service Agreement program, you can protect yourself from unexpected, un-budgeted repairs after the limited warranty expires.

Protection Plus adds benefits to the Limited Warranty on your Rheem, Ruud or WeatherKing equipment for up to ten (10) years after the installation date, depending on the type of ESA you purchase. A Limited Warranty is the warranty provided by the manufacturer. It's called limited because it's typically limited to a specific length of time and to specific items that it covers. The Protection Plus ESA provides certain additional benefits during the term of the limited warranty, and then continues to provide you the benefits listed in the ESA after the manufacturer's limited warranty expires.

Since labor costs can be high and continue to rise, you should consider upgrading your Manufacturer's Limited Warranty in order to cover labor cost. A heating and air conditioning system is a major purchase, so you'll want to make sure you fully understand the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty before you buy.

Service Labor Responsibility: The Limited Warranty does not cover any labor expenses for service nor for removing or reinstalling parts. All such expenses are the owner's responsibility, unless a service labor agreement exists between the owner and the dealer.
